If you prefer to order by phone rather than online (or if you run into technical issues ordering on the website), follow these steps:
- Call Customer Service at 1-626-338-8081
- Hours are Mon thru Fri 8am to 5pm Pacific Time
- Tell them if you would like to make a “retail purchase” or “become a new affiliate” (see differences below)
- Customer Service will need the name and Sponsor ID of the affiliate who referred you. It is Rick Frey at RS Health Solutions, Affiliate ID 8397750.
- If you are becoming a new Gano Excel affiliate, you will be asked which “leg” you will be on – you can tell them the “right leg”.

Steps to CREATE A NEW WHOLESALE / AFFILIATE ACCOUNT:
The process has recently changed. Due to a website redesign, you will need to call in to have a New Wholesale / Affiliate Account created. You can either follow the steps above to have your account created by the Gano Excel Customer Support Team, or you can call or text us at 858-255-0414 and we can create it for you.
*If it has been more than 6 months since your last purchase, you will need to call or email Customer Service to re-activate your account. Call or text Customer Service at 1-626-338-8081 or email email@example.com.

Retail vs Wholesale vs Affiliate
Retail / Preferred Customers
Most of our customers are Retail Customers (also known as Preferred Customers). Retail customers usually make a one-time purchase, or just purchase once in a while.
If you have made a GanoCafe retail purchase in the past, Gano Excel Customer Service will be able to look up your account, and place your order under that account for you. If you are a new retail customer, they will open a new account for you and place your order for you.
Wholesale Customers and Affiliates
If you want to become a Wholesale Customer or Affiliate, you will be able to purchase GanoCafe products at up to 25% off. Your account will initially be set up with an automatic monthly shipment, so you will receive GanoCafe each month, and don’t need to worry about running out! (You can also change or cancel your monthly shipment online or by calling Customer Service at 1-626-338-8081) And you will earn points for each monthly autoshipment so you can earn free products!
To create a new Wholesale or Affiliate account, there is normally a $25 one-time fee, but if your initial purchase is for $50 or more (at affiliate/wholesale pricing), you can have that fee WAIVED if you choose to order a Smart Start or Smart Start Plus package.
When you call to set up your Wholesale or Affiliate account, you will be asked which “leg” you are supposed to be put on. You can tell Customer Service that Rick and Shana asked that you be put on the “right leg”.
