How Much Caffeine is in Gano Cafe?

CoffeeliciousI’ve been getting questions lately about how much caffeine is in Gano Cafe, about how much caffeine is in regular coffee, how much is in decaf, etc.

I’ve also been getting questions about whether our coffee is low acid, and more.

So, I decided to put together an FAQ page – a page for Frequently Asked Questions.

If you have questions about GanoCafe, just post them right on the page, and we’ll post the answers as quickly as we can!

And if you love GanoCafe, post those comments too – either here on our blog, or on Facebook or both.  We love hearing your feedback!

To great coffee & great health,

      Hi Janet,

Thanks so much for your question. From what I’ve heard and read, it’s best to check with your doctor, or a naturopathic doctor if you have access to one. The research is mixed, but I think that is because the effects of Ganoderma Lucidum during pregnancy have not been studied enough to verify that there are no negative side effects. I wish I had a more concrete answer for you!

Hey just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few
of the pictures aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think
its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same outcome.

Thanks Sarah – can you tell me which browser you’re using and maybe the version as well? I’ve cleared my cache and tested it in IE, Firefox and Chrome, and all pictures are coming up OK. Shana

I was told there was no caffeine in the hot chocolate and I want to know if that is really true?

Hi Marcie – because there is some caffeine in chocolate, I believe there might be a small amount of caffeine in the hot chocolate. However, I am very sensitive to caffeine (it keeps me awake if I consume it too late), and I can drink the hot chocolate and sleep like a baby. Hope this helps! Shana
