Hi Ivonne – I’m told that diabetics drink all of our coffees. However, the one without any sugar is our GanoCafe Classic. You can add your own cream and diabetic friendly sweetener to it, if you like sweetened coffee. And all of our coffee has Ganoderma / Reishi in it.
